Court shall stands automatically cancelled. The petitioner shall file an undertaking affidavit to that effect before the learned Magistrate at the time of surrender and execution of sureties in Crl.O.P.No.10706 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025.

2. This court granted Anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 23.04.2025 imposing the condition that he should deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs Only). Since the petitioner on his own volition agreed to deposit the said amount and was granted anticipatory bail. However, now the petitioner filed the modification petition to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10706 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025 and he is not in a position to arrange the substantial sum of Rs.25,00,000/-

3. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the amount imposed by this Court is based on petitioner representation and no interference is required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed. However, time is extended by a further period of two weeks to deposit the amount.
