The petitioner has been filed seeking for a direction to the the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.12.2012 within the stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 03.12.2012, seeking to appoint the the petitioner's son as Administrative Officer in the said school, as per earlier order of this Court dated 21.03.2001 in W.P.No.2457 of 1993.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 03.12.2012 and dispose of the same, if not already disposed of, within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
