This matter came up for hearing today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.It is submitted that in paragraph (4) of the order dated 04.08.2025, the deposit amount has been wrongly mentioned as "Rs.2,00,000/-" instead of "Rs.50,000/-".

2. This court granted Anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 08.05.2025 imposing the condition that he should deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only). Since the petitioner on his own volition agreed to deposit the said amount and was granted anticipatory bail. However, now the petitioner filed the modification petition to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14490 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025 and he is not in a position to arrange the substantial sum of Rs.2,00,000/-

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without prejudice to his defence, the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.276 of 2023.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, both the petitions are ordered and the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.182 of 2021 before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Ranipet within a period of two weeks for complying with the condition as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the present order copy made ready. 04.08.2025 Page No.4 of 7
