2.This Application has been filed by the 1st plaintiff seeking permission to be recognized as guardian to prosecute the suit. 3.In the affidavit filed in support of the said Application, it had been very specifically stated that the applicant is not acting against the interest of the 2nd plaintiff. 4.This Application stands allowed. Permission is granted. The Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
