O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to register a case based on the complaint dated 25.10.2021 given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on 22.10.2021 at about 6.00 P.M.,when the petitioner along another person was doing painting work in the house of one Madhanagopal, one Vasantha, who is neighbor of said Madahangopal had scolded the petitioner in filthy language by using his community name, due to which the petitioner lodged online complaint to the respondents on 22.10.2021. He further submitted that since no action has been taken on the said complaint the petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking for the relief stated supra. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no such complaint has been received by the respondent police and further submitted that if the said complaint dated 25.10.2021 is produced, appropriate action would be taken.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to produce a copy of the complaint dated 25.10.2021 to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kallakurichi within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kallakurichi shall conduct enquiry and proceed in accordance with law. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
