ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her relatives.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that her younger daughter Parimala eloped with one Mohanraj, son of Murugesan. Hence, a complaint came to be lodged by the father of said Mohanraj, pursuant to which, the petitioner has been harassed by the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass her and her relatives.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no such harassment was made by the respondent police and only based on the complaint given by the said Murugesan, the respondent police is conducting investigation and the petitioner is required to cooperate with the police authorities with regard https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to the investigation to be conducted.
4. The said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Since there is no harassment by the respondent police, the present criminal original petition is closed.
