When this matter was taken up for hearing, the defacto complainant submitted that inspite of mediation, the petitioner is not ready to settle the issue between them.

mps 2.On 12.12.2024 this Court directed the petitioner to produce the particulars of the properties before this Court on 09.01.2025. As on date, the petitioner is not inclined to produce the documents and to transfer the properties stands in the name of the parents to the defacto complainant/ wife. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant interim bail to the petitioner.
