O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction to the Trial Court to complete the trial in C.C.No.213 of 2013 pending on its file and to pass orders within a stipulated time frame.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Trial Court is regularly adjourning the matter from 08.01.2014 to 12.09.2016 for various reasons and on most of the occasions the accused was absent.

3.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent.

4.In view of the fact that even though the trial had already commenced on 08.01.2014 the matter was adjourned continuously for nearly 3 years, a direction is issued to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi, to complete the trial in C.C.No.213 of 2013 and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, in any case not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
