Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to calling for the records of the detention dated 11.08.2022 in detention order D.O.No.68/2022-C2, on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the body of the detenue Vijayakumar, S/o.Manokaran Hindu aged about 26 years, who is now confined in the Central Prison, Vellore, before this Court and set aside the same and set him at liberty.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings Page Nos.2/5

dated 26.09.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.6328, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
