O R D E R

By order dated 29.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.4473 of 2016 in Crime No.453 of 2016, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, granted bail to the petitioners on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai and the petitioners were directed to stay at Vellore and to report and sign before the Vellore South Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Now the present petition has been filed to issue a direction modifying the said conditions imposed. 2.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice for the respondent and submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, regularly. 3.Heard both the sides.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, in Crl.M.P.No.4473 of 2016 in Crime No.453 of 2016 dated 29.11.2016, in respect of staying at Vellore and reporting before the Vellore South Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., only is modified to the effect that they shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai, daily at 10.00 a.m.until further orders.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
