This petition is filed to condone the delay of 125 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.P.Suresh Srinivasan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Thamizhavel, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3. Despite notice having been served upon respondent 4 and the name and address having been printed in the cause-list, none appears before this Court.

The delay is 125 days, for which reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Having been satisfied with the same, the delay of 125 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
