O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial in S.C.No.28 of 2011 pending on its file and to pass orders within a stipulated time frame.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the Sessions Case has been filed in the year 2011, the Trial Court has not commenced the trial and the matter is dragged on for more than five years.

3.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent.

4.In view of the fact that even though the Sessions Case has been filed in the year 2011, the Trial Court has not commenced the trial, a direction is issued to the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Namakkal to expedite and complete the trial in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.C.No.28 of 2011, pending on his file, and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, in any case not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
