As a fact, the petitioner has been appointed as the guardian of the 4th respondent in O.P.No.639 of 2021, by order dated 17.02.2022 in GWOP No.624 of 2021. The 4th respondent is now represented by his grandmother. Petitioner is now the de jure guardian in view of the aforementioned order. This fact is recorded. If amendment is entertained, then, effectively the petitioner would not only be the petitioner, but also represent the 4th respondent and that would give rise to a situation, where the petitioner will have to explain as to how the petitioner can be both the petitioner and the 4th respondent. 2.Mr.N.Nagu Sah, learned counsel for the applicant states since the fact is recorded, he may be permitted to withdraw this application. Fact is recorded and this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
