ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.06.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 120 B, 409, 420 of IPC and read with Section 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and substantive office at CBI ACB, Chennai in CC.No.17 of 2021 on the file of the XI Additional Special Court for CBI Cases, Chennai in RCM.AI/2019 A 0013 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner who was working as jewel appraiser at Kancheepuram Central Co-operative Society Bank, Pallavaram Branch, Chennai while sanctioning the jewel loan had caused loss of Rs.60,56,000/- by involving in criminal activities. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that this is the third bail application of the petitioner. If the petitioner is granted bail, he would tamper the witnesses and the trial would go delay. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the gravity of offence and earlier petition was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
