W.P.No.23887 of 2023 M.S.RAMESH, J., and SUNDER MOHAN,J., (Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.,) On 16.08.2023, final orders were passed in this writ petition by recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor with regard to the medical aid that would be extended to the prisoner. 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the Report of the Medical Officer of the Central Prison, Cuddalore dated 29.01.2024, in which,it is stated that the prisoner is being extended treatment for Wrist Drop (Post Operative). The report is hereby recorded and no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
