As corresponding typographical errors have crept in qua captioned applications also, a plea was made to withdraw the captioned applications but a further plea was made to preserve the rights of the applicant / plaintiff to come out with applications with similar /same prayer inter alia on the same cause of action making it clear that this is a one time measure and such a course will not serve as a precedent in each and every matter and making it further clear that this is owing to the nature of the matter and nature of the typographical error.

3. The learned counsel for applicant/plaintiff has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same are as follows:
