2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 09.09.2019, paragraph 4 of the said order shall stand deleted and substituted as follows: "4. In the light of the above observation, the 2nd respondent herein is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.658 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Such an investigation shall be monitored by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law and Order), Tiruppur North, Tiruppur City."

3. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has also been laid. However, the learned Government Advocate does not have instructions in this regard.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court extends a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to complete the investigation in Crime No.658 of 2019, if not already completed.

5. All other observations made in my earlier order dated 09.09.2019, shall remain intact.
