The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of BNS, 2023 r/w Sections 4(1) (1A), 21(1) and 21(4) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.299 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reported that the petitioner had been arrested in this case.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), that the petitioner had been arrested, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 08.09.2025 nvi 2/4
