These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 112 days in paying the deficit court fee in the above cases.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, this court is inclined to condone the above said delay.

3. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed.
