Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings No.K5/5455/2009, dated 15.07.2009 and the consequential order in letter No.K5/12085/2008, dated 14.07.2009 to quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent to allot the shop No.T/G-095, situated in Anna Fruits Market Phase -II at Koyambedu Wholesale Market Complex, Koyambedu, Chennai - 600 092 to the petitioner as per drawl.
