These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 95 days in representing the above C.R.P.s

2. Mr.A.Arul, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitions were returned by the Registry on 26.04.2023 for compliance of certain defects. However, due to rain, his office was affected and some of the case bundles were shifted to his house and again shifted to his office. So, the returned papers have been mixed-up with other case papers and thereafter, it was traced out only during last week. Hence he was not able to represent the petitions in time. In view of the same, there is a delay of 95 days arose in representing the above C.R.P.s and the said delay caused is neither willful nor wanton, but for the above said reasons. Accordingly, he has filed the above petitions.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioners in the affidavit is justifiable one. Accordingly, this court is inclined to allow the petitions and Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petitions if it is otherwise found to be in order. 29.11.2023 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
