WMP No.27868 of 2022 in W.P.No.13407 of 2020 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J This miscellaneous petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to recall the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13407 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020.

2.This Court disposed of the writ petition by issuing the following direction:

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, and also of the fact that the District Revenue Officer, Thiruvallur, in his proceedings dated 26.10.2016 has categorically found that the petitioner Temple is the owner of the property and also directed the 2nd respondent to issue patta, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to act upon the said order and also the representation made by the petitioner Temple on 20.07.2020 and pass appropriate orders issuing patta in favour of the petitioner Temple, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners in this miscellaneous petition submitted that the petitioners have a right over the subject property and without https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J ssr informing the same, the temple has obtained an order before this Court. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners want the earlier order passed by this Court on 28.09.2020, to be recalled.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that already the patta has been transferred in the name of the temple. In view of the same, no useful purpose will be served in recalling the order already passed by this Court.
