[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] The above Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the writ appeal.

2.The private respondent on notice, has not entered appearance. Despite his name is being printed in the cause list, no one represented the private respondent.

3.Mr.B.Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing the petition.

4.This Court is convincced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition.

5.Since the cause for the delay has been properly and satisfactorily explained to the satisfaction of this Court, the petition is ordered and the delay of 4 days is condoned.

6.Registry is directed to number the writ appeal if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
