M/S. Kilburn Electricals Ltd., v. The Madras Pinjrapole

The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition as M/s. Kilburn Electricals Ltd., Rep by its Director Mr. Subramaniam Srinivasan instead of M/s. Kilburn Electricals Ltd., Rep by its Managing Director S.Srinivasan.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any serious objection. Hence, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter for final hearing on 19.10.2022.
