O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the private respondent states that the society is governed by the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975. On the issue whether the HR & CE Department has a role or not, there is a verdict in favour of the society.

2. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter, but leave it to the petitioner to prefer a representation qua his grievance in accordance with law to the Registrar of Societies, who will process the same in accordance with law as per the provisions of the said Act.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
