Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide any suitable employment to the petitioner on compassionate appointment basis according to her educational qualification in Revenue Department after considering the representations of the petitioner dated 22.10.2016, 10.04.2017, 24.11.2017 and 22.10.2021 in accordance with law and on merits as expeditiously within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has been appointed on compassionate ground and therefore nothing survives for further consideration. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also acknowledged the same.
