ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate steps for return of the original title deeds which are under the custody of the 2nd respondent bank."

2. Today, a communication has been produced which was addressed by the Central Bureau of Investigation to the petitioner herein on 10.02.2023 directing him to approach the XI Additional Special Judge, CBI Cases for release of the documents in question and also to intimate the Court about the demise of his wife P.Shanthi. It is also informed that the matter is now pending before the XI Additional Special Judge Judge, CBI Cases Chennai in CC.No.6 of 2023.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the aforesaid Court for appropriate orders. No costs. 05-02-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order SHR
