When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, on instructions, submitted that the fourth respondent already filed a civil suit in O.S.No.168 of 2009 before the District Munsif, Ariyalur against the petitioners herein, for declaration and permanent injunction and the same is pending adjudication. may be given liberty to approach the authorities concerned for mutation of the revenue records, subsequent to the disposal of the aforesaid civil suit.

2.In view of the above submissions made by the respective counsels, this Court grants liberty to the parties to approach the authorities concerned for mutation of the revenue records, based on the outcome of the suit in O.S.No.168 of 2009. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
