Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for an issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the Impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka. No.11/2024/a3 dated 30.05.2024 and other consequential impugned 1/4

order passed by the 1st respondent vide na.Ka. No.947/2024/a1 dated 08.07.2024 and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to reverse the patta existing as on the date of institution of the civil suit by cancelling the impugned patta extract No. 78 dated 11.01.2023 issued after the institution of the Civil Suit in respect of a new sub division Survey No. No.35/3A1 to an extent of 00.038 are (409 Sq.ft) situated at Ayyanpetai Village, Walajabad Tauk and Kanchipuram district.

ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 has produced a proceedings issued by the third respondent, viz., Tahsildar, Kancheepuram dated 19.02.2025 before this Court and submitted that as per the said proceedings, the third respondent has ordered for cancellation of sub-division of the property comprised in S.No.35/3A of the land (morefully described in the prayer of this Writ Petition) and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for any adjudication.

2. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 19.02.2025, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
