This application has been filed to set aside the exparte order dated 24.08.2021 passed against the 4th and 5th defendants in the above suit. 2.Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the defendants 4 and 5 were set exparte by this Court on 24.08.2021 for not filing their written statement and informed the Court that they are only adopting the written statement of the 3rd defendant he added that the suit is for recovery of money and that the defendants have already produced security. 3.This application stands allowed accordingly. The written statement of the 4th and 5th defendants adopting the written statement of the 3rd defendant is taken on file.

4.Learned counsel for the defendants 4 and 5 informs the Court that as instructed by the Registry they have also taken out an application in S.R.No.113156 of 2021 in condoning the delay in filing the Adoption Memo referred to the above.
