Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2021 seeking to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner in SF.No.45/6 to an extent of 0.17 cents situated at Ersanampatti Village, Salem South Taluk, Salem District within the stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2021 seeking to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner in SF.No.45/6 to an extent of 0.17 cents situated at Ersanampatti Village, Salem South Taluk, Salem District.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2021 and, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
