ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 20.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 7209 of 2024, thereby directing the respondent to take into account the period of 1 year 8 months 16 days for the purpose of promotion, seniority, leave and increment and also regularization of his service and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the case of the petitioner and passed order in G.O.(D)No.1243 Health and Family Welfare (B1) Department dated 28.10.2025. He also produced a copy of the order dated 28.10.2025, before this Court.

At that juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that monetary benefits in pursuant to the order dated 28.10.2025 are not granted.

In view of the above submissions, the respondent is directed to disburse all the attended benefits in pursuant to the Government Order in G.O.(D)No.1243 Health and Family Welfare (B1) Department dated 28.10.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
