disciplinary proceedings been initiated against the erring Officer in the RTO, Kumarapalayam, for not maintaining absolute integrity and devotion to the duty.

2. The Learned Government Advocate for the respondent submits that, pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 02.07.2024, the vehicle seized and produced before the Judicial Magistrate Court and the petitioner has taken back custody of the vehicle after complying the necessary procedural formalities.

3. Considering the events stated above, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
