This Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 29.07.2024 and restore the CMP.No.13566 of 2024 in S.A.Sr.No.30909 of 2023, against the judgment and decree dated 18.10.2021, made in A.S.No.11 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Vriddhavhalam, Cuddalore District and confirming decree and judgment dated 19.11.2018 in O.S.No.7 of 2010 on the file of Principal District, Munsif Court, Vriddhachalam, Cuddalore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on either side, the petition stands allowed.
