This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to dispose of the case in C.C No.8445 of 2018 on his file within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to complete the trial in C.C.No.8445 of 2018, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
