This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 287 days in representing the above appeal.

2. Mr.S.Sridhar, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that the above petitions was returned on 09.04.2021 for certain compliance. However, after taking return papers, the counsel on record was away from India for over a period of two months. Hence, the above petitions could not be represented in time. However, there is a delay of 287 days arose in representing the above petitions and the said delay caused is neither willful nor wanton, but for the above said reasons. Accordingly, he has filed the above petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable one. Accordingly, this court is inclined to allow this petition and Registry is directed to number the above petitions if it is otherwise found to be in order and post the same for hearing on 21.09.2023.
