O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner based on the representations made by the petitioner on 02.08.2023 and 03.08.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the same was taken up for enquiry in C.S.R. No.453 of 2023. This C.S.R. is said to have been closed on 16.08.2023, due to non co-operation on the part of the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, it left open to the petitioner to make a fresh complaint before the 3rd respondent and the 2/4

petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and the 3rd respondent shall enquire the parties and take a final decision, withing a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint from the petitioner. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
