Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to inspect the records of the fourth respondent/Chamber of Commerce, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.08.2016, and thereby to ensure fair election of the fourth respondent/Chamber of Commerce, and consequently, to direct to appoint an unbiased person as Election Officer, to the fourth respondent.
