This Criminal Original Petition is filed not to harass the petitioner based on the representation dated 01.07.2025.
2. When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that a complaint was lodged against the petitioner, the same was taken on file as CSR No.926 of 2025 and only to enquire with reference to the same, the petitioner was requested to appear before the 2nd respondent - Police, that too by way of summon.
3. In view of the above submission, let the petitioner be appear before the 2nd respondent on 15.07.2025 and the enquiry be completed in the said CSR No.926 of 2025. Unless any case being registered, let the petitioner not be harassed further.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
