This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 186 days in representing the appeal. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned, subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- by the petitioner to the credit of Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
