ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the differential amount will be deposited by the petitioner within eight weeks from today, more specifically, taking into consideration the observations in W.P.No.21402 of 2008 etc. batch dated 30.6.2011, confirmed in D.Manikandan and another v. State of Tamil Nadu and others, 2013 (5) CTC 494.

2. We accede to the request and dispose of the writ petition. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 to 4 of 2012 are closed.
