This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Cr. No.877 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Peelamedu Police Station (L&O), Coimbatore District and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
