ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On the last date of hearing, this Court requested learned State counsel to seek instruction as to whether the liquor shop is
proposed to be opened in the place as alleged in the petition and if so, whether it is in the prohibited area.
2. Today, learned counsel appearing for third respondent, upon instructions, would submit that there is no proposal to open TASMAC shop at the location as alleged in the petition. A copy of the letter dated 24.07.2025 of the Sub Collector is also placed for our perusal.
3. Placing on record the aforesaid statement, this petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application is closed (MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA, CJ) (SUNDER MOHAN,J) 14.08.2025 Index :
