ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 366(A) of I.P.C. and 5(g)(1) r/w.6 of the Protection Of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Cr.No.159 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, the minor victim girl left the parental house and went along with the petitioner and the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have threatened the victim girl and had sexual intercourse with her.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.20675 of 2021 and this Court has dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the nature of the allegation levelled against the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20675 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.This criminal original petition is accordingly dismissed. -sd/- 03/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
