This petition has been filed to grant stay of the execution of the decree of the learned III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore dated 01.03.2021 in O.S.No.170 of 2015 pending disposal of the above first appeal. 2.It is seen from the records that service has been complete in the Appeal Suit and this Court by order dated 10.02.2022 has granted stay. Accordingly, the stay granted on 10.02.2022 is made absolute and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
