This petition is filed to condone the delay of 98 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.61,445/- in C.M.A.SR.No.56269 of 2022 against M.C.O.P.No.196 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Perundurai.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 98 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
