(CR.NO.127 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 5(e) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.O.P.No.9506 of 2021 dated 20/05/2021 or pass any such orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to pass in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.M.SYED ABUTHAHIR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 20.05.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed on the petitioner by order dated 20.05.2021, alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
