ORDER

On 19.09.2013, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur granted bail to the second respondent in Crl.M.P.No.8760 of 2013. The present criminal original petition has been filed to cancel the bail order.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate(Crl Side) submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed, I am of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opinion that nothing survives in this petition and hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
