ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that, though the petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the appointment of the respondents 3 to 5 as trustees by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings Reference No.3243/2024/AA2 dated 12.02.2024, however, the respondents 3 to 5 have resigned their post and pursuant to which, fit person was appointed vide order dated 15.07.2024.

2. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to Page No.2 of 4

the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
