Crl.M.P.No.14479 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21447 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA.J This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21447 of 2022 dated 07.09.2022, passed by this Court to deposit a sum of Rs.2,20,000/- (Rupees two lakhs twenty thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.159 of 2022 at the time of executing sureties and on such deposit, the petitioner is order to released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ulundurpet, Kallakurichi District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the undertaking given by the petitioner that he is prepared to deposit a sum of Rs.2,20,000/-, this Court had granted bail to the petitioner. Since there is no body to raise fund for him, the petitioner is in custody for 45 days. He would submit that the friends and relatives of the petitioner are ready to give original title deeds of immovable property worth of Rs.2,50,000/- as security for the petitioner. Hence, he seeks for modification.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21447 of 2022 dated 07.09.2022 is modified to the effect that instead of cash, the petitioner is directed to deposit the original title deeds of immovable property worth about Rs.2,50,000/- either belonging to himself or his relatives or friends. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
